5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number may not update immediately as your local carrier has not received the package yet.

 

6. Damages and Fragile Items


Given the delicate nature of our premium lighting fixtures, glass shades, and marble bases, we package all items with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at cs@meticulab.com with clear photos of the damage. We will work swiftly to arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Address


MeticuLab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping details carefully at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update the information before the order is dispatched.
